APAC's Solution:
The insurance company has been using their own membership system for years. They would like to have a add-on platform which their members can use the points they earned to redeem physical healthcare products or service or discounted offers in order to build customer loyalty.
As another system is involved, APAC's solution has to be developed to build secure database access to the insurance company's internal system. The access is a Read-Write system access, while membership validity check has to be read and verified by the system. For the write part, the members' redeem history and how points are used/deducted have to be recorded in the customer's database.
